Default Problem ! mapping with Traktor 2.6

My Nanokontrol mapping is going bizard !
I just upload the 2.6 traktor version and everything was ok, untill I plug in my NanoKontrol.
Some of the action are acting wrong. for example. button 1 usually goes for active loop on deck a, but now it's active on deck b only, even if it's written deck a in my tsi file. The loop dosen't set on anymore in the hotkey's tag as a loop!
All my kill for the EQ's are not working.Still they are in the tsi file. Some function just dissappear.

I would say there is more than 20 hours of work in this mapping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I play with this setup for more than 2 years.

I did import couple of time my mapping.
    I re setup version 2.6 ( I was at 2.5 ).
The more that I play the worst it goes

    I need help
    I love my mapping

I play with this setup for more than 2 years.
Only 20 hours I spend more then a year for my custom mapping (updating included) which is big and complex - 11 generic devices. That should be pain in the ass to modify if I needed to...

The best option would be to start your mapping from scratch and see if this issue still appears. Then you'll know if issue comes with tsi or your nano got it messed up.

I went in my hard disc C to put back the 2.5.1 version and everything is perfect!!!!!
I call at NI and they say they do not take responsability for mapping. But the guy said to me to copy the Traktor tsi files from the 2.5.1 to the 2.6. But it didn't work
Should I unsinstall version 2.6 and try again ? if yes, How should I do this?

    Thank's for any suggestion.

I had a quick check, It seem like you have 'loop active' and 'loop set' both mapped to same buttons. Delete 'loop active' and use other only to set loops.

And your mapping ain't 20 hours big. Average mapping skills and it's done for one hour max.

    Seem's that I'm not a Pro
it's my first mapping and I love it. The fader in the Nanokontrol are very gentle, practical for the effect's section.
Do you use a more frendly program for mapping ?

Nope, the controller manager is all I need. Isn't like there aren't some commands I would add to it but it seems just fine comparing to other DJ softwares.

I would like to delete the 2.6 and install it again without losing anything.
    Can i go in my disc C / Program / native instruments / Taktor 2 / Backup / delete the 2.6.
After that, re-open 2.5.1 / start service center and upload again 2.6.
I didn't do anything but to play in the 2.6. no recording are beatgriding.

Last question on that problem. if that's not a good solution, i'm going to follow Stewe advice and do my mapping
again! and this time i will try to beat my 20 hours world record off the slowest mapping
