3D: only a few commands from mapping are working

I'm not MF3d user to tell for sure but if mapping comes with 'other preferences and settings' make sure to import it as well and if not change FX settings at preferences > Effects > Effect Unit Routing.

You might want to talk to Beau to see if he can do that for you but it might cost a couple pennies.

As for the "4 effects settings" that Stewe is talking about. Its the same setting i mentioned above.
Look at your configuration settings. Ther is a page in there which asks ( 2 effects / 4 effects ) and you check the appropriate box next to them.

You have to have 4 effects setup for this.

Make sure that Deck Focus is set to Software in the Global Settings of the Preferences
