Hi ! I'm doing a track of progressive house, and i'm wondering: on the fader of each deck, the max should be at 0db but how low should be the minimum ?

you should really think your questions more thoroughly.
there is no exact minimum level for each fader of each deck. as long as you dont clip de master channel, nor the individual channels you are "fine"
put a limiter in your master out and set it to -1db. to be safe you can also put limiters into every channel you use.
unless you have a few bucks and head out to the store and purchase a LIMITER / GATE / COMPRESSOR unit that you drop into yuor rack unit.
I have one and it ROCKS. helps keep me level in my final mixes

eh limiter is not really needed. just adjust volumes as needed. maybe drop some tracks a few db less.
basically you want to have about -6db of headroom on the master channel to allow room for mastering and getting that bigger louder sound later on when mastering.
check for Voxengo's plugin called SPAN. i believe its free on thier site. its a spectrum analyzer and measures headroom and maxes on the master so you can see what your hitting in real time and adjust each track/channels volume to sit better in the mix. great for visually seeing where certian elements are peaking to EQ better and not have frequencies battling eachother in the mix.
Well instead of a limiter, i put a mastering effect suit (which also has a compresso)
