or call them? i've generally gotten better results from their phone support then email support.

How am I supposed to know
Yes I have sent a reply to the original e-mail initiating the repair. I don't have a phone number for them. I started my claim online. Do have a number for phone support squidot?

Had to call a few times for updates on my s4, always reached someone through the contact info on their site.

yeah, phone support will be your best bet as i have found their email support to be unhelpful and painfully slow. good luck and i hope you get your gear back soon.
