Default Should I get rid of my Launchpad+Korg nanokontrol for Machine mk2?

I'm basically thinking of selling my launchpad and korg nano and get maschine mk2 for live performance and mainly finger drumming of different samples (I'm gonna use it with nord wave and alesis vortex keytar ). I am planning to play breakbeats/trap/hip hop/moombahton
I haven't been using launchpad for production in the recent months so thought that new maschine can do production and live as well.
My launchpad was mainly a traktor controller with custom tsi (u can btw download it if you check my latest youtube tutorial here)

Do you reckon it's a good idea to sell it and add some cash for the sexy white maschine mk2 or is it just me being a victim of amazing marketing of NI

    Thanks in advance

    Yes.
The longer I use maschine the less I find myself using other stuff. I rarely use ableton any more for writing now.

Yep - you can just click and drag, or run it as a VST, or both!

for sidechaining and stuff like that i just have the groups going into their own channels in ableton. eight stems is more then enough.

There's always the option of just duplicating the Maschine instance and its routings - Sometimes I play with 7 or so.

i think you should get a maschine as well. i picked one up an mk1 (new) at a steal and it's been great. i havent gotten that deep into it yet, but so far i can't imagine not having it around.
