I know that you can use Computer keyboard as Midi Controller but can you use Midi Controller as Computer Keyboard ?

I downloaded Glovie Pie, seems to be another not so easy to understand program for people who don't understand english and programming ... ( I search for 15 minute "hotkeys galore" on google.... Before understanding... well think I need to stop sleep on the Decks and go back learn English.)
