This will help out tons and tons of people. I picked up my way of music searching 2 -3 years before I started djing.
Now I have a bunch of different sites I scour.

Same here, I dig a lot and search for those underground bangers that catch a crowd off guard and get them more amped then just playing the regular hits. Although there are some songs on beatport that I get just for pure banger status, usually if Im following said artist already and they made a sick sick jamma.

Im not on about searching on Beatport specifically (And i find a few good tunes on Beatport, without discarding it out of hand, just because its beatport) But the method which he describes-Find labels, remixes, other tunes etc
