looks like a loading issue. usually happens to me when I load tracks from a CD or something. Make sure you rip the CD to your HDD before loading them into traktor.

in the first video. could it be that your beatmasher fx is turned on? it sounds like it is on 100% 1/32
I'm just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her.

Before adding the tracks to Traktor, make sure they are actually MP3's and not .m4a files

I had this issue recently and that was my culprit

the "reasons" as to why it does this can be so different between opinions of the users
as well as having something to do with actually your COmputer, soundcard, setup, it can go on and on
what you can do to avoid this is some proper prep work BEFORE importing your songs to iTunes.

See here for perping your songs for Traktor (or Serato for that matter)
so they will be recognized properly for either program

Basically Serato and Traktor love to play songs that are MP3s
not so well on the other formats

One thing i didnt put into the other thread was to make sure you use iTunes to convert your songs to mp3s no matter what format they are.
    So all in all,
    load your songs into itunes
    Select them all
    rightclick the list
    and choose CONVERT TO MP3s

    now go find them
and drag the CONVERTED ones into Traktor or Serato

at that point.. you may as well delete the other originals or archive them on an external elsewhere

what would the best setting be for converting

    i have selected 320kbps

turned vbr off or should i keep that on?

    sample rate: auto
    channels: auto
    stereo mode: joint stereo

smart encoding adjustments box is ticked
filter frequencies below 10hz box is also ticked

is this ok or do i need to change things

keep VBR on. this keeps the size of the files down to a minimum and still keeps the quality as much as possible

Selecting 320 is only relevant if you are converting WAV files. You cant convert a 120k FLAC, mp3, m4a file to a 320.

leave everything else the same as you said they were.

Now a side note, please google some info on Sample rates for music, and how to convert files to mp3.
I think its best if you got a little knowledge on that stuff in light of one of the questions you asked above.

Dont take it the wrong way. Plenty of djs get into music without ever having spent much time in learning the very basics of it.
I mean basics of music, sound, etc. Not talking about the basics of djing here.

Ok man, you should be good to go

Tell iTunes to convert your files
You go and Delete the originals ( archive them actually and ZIP them )
Move your files to a good location
drop them into itunes again as a playlist
    name that playlist something special
    then close itunes

    now open say traktor,
scroll through the tree on the left side til you find your SPECIAL playlist under iTunes
    select it
then select ALL the tracks in that playlist
rightclick and select IMPORT TO PLAYLISTS

now Traktor has a copy of that playlist and its not forced to work through iTunes.

Once the playlist is imported to a TRAKTOR playlist
go there, and SELECT all the tracks and ANALISE them with traktor.
This way each time you drag one into a deck, it will load really quick incase you are doing a live mix
and it wont slow down traktor when you are playing where people can hear you
