    Default Sara almost smokes Qbert.....H O L Y @$##^%!!!

Sara is getting better and better. She is like 13!!!

Give her the years Qbert has been at it and she will smoke him for sure!

Now I am not sure if he is just chilling in this vid and showing them newer techniques and just practicing...but Sara seriously throws down!

    So tight....so damn good!

    WOW!

I know Q is further down the line when it comes to Scratching and has progressed to the point where its almost like Jazz to him.
He likes the ecclectic sound and to create his own scratch techniques etc. Sara will get there some day too.

I guess that is maybe why his scratching sounded a lil 'off' compared to Sara. She was all about the beat and tightness.

I'm sure Q was playing down a little. He's a nice guy and hasn't got anything to prove against a 13 year old. By NOT burning her, he's actually encouraging her to continue practicing.

    Nice bloke.

Qbert seems like a really solid dude. I took up scratching recently, and enrolled in the QSU, and it might be the most helpful place when it comes to learning to scratch.
Give it some years and that little girl is going to be tearing up the competition at the DMCs.

    Most Def.....

I have been keeping my eye on her since I first saw her and her brothers lil youtube clip of them scratching.

Wonder what her parents do...and how they came into scratching?

I saw a vid of her jamming in a club (under supervision of course).

    Here is her practicing transitions.

Lol, some nice old school scratch bits here!

Sara to me it's like a Qbert clone. The only exception is she doesn't reverse the x-fader during scratch. About three years ago I wasn't able to tell what's what and who scratched better but now I guess I can tell.
Sara is outstanding in her x-fader work, clean & sharps kuts all the way. But for some reason she hardly used any tear, she was only doing forward, backward and drop on her record hand whilst Qbert had amazing (as always) record control tearing the ahhhh.
