Default Whats the best Traktor Remix Deck controller and why?

I'm really wanting a controller for Traktor's Remix Decks but I'm really stuck between the F1 and the Midi Fighter Spectra. I would just like to have the most control possible over the remix decks and use them to there full potential . I currently have a S2 if that matters. Whats your take on which controller would be the best?

F1- it's made for the remix decks.... If you really want to have full (volume, size, etc.) control then you are stuck with the F1 being your only option. Either that or wait till NI release the ability to map and fully support other controllers or does something with the Maschine series.

Technically an F1 would be the best. It was made in conjunction with the remix deck software. Yah the MFspectra is cool and all but "to have the most control possible over the remix decks and use them to there full potential" you will need an F1, or atleast until NI makes the Remix Decks midi mappable.

compared to the 3D, the F1 has volume controlls right there for each slot
and you wont need two hands to move down / up a page. Its just an encoder knob + shift which you can do with one hand

Honestly i would go for the F1
However i would REALLY like to see how an X1 controlls a remix deck because if its a GO with more options,
id really like to snag one of those as well

I agree with the rest. I would go for the F1. The midi fighter gives you versatility I think and more use overall. But if your going for Just the remix deck functionality then the F1 is the way to go. It was made for them specifically.

Even when they open up full remix deck mapping functionality to the controller editor, the F1 will still be the best controller (in terms of efficiency) for the remix deck because they were designed in tandem, the yin and yang. However, get yourself a spectra for cue point juggling as well. You only need one to do both decks, and it's cheap for what you get!
