Hello, I recently bought a VCI 400se , and wondering if I can plug the power supply in all the time, meaning even when not using the console. It is possible that in time to ruin the power supply if stays all the time plug in?

Transformers have a really long life in general use, however the heat created is costing you money, and a fireman/health and safety type would call it a fire risk.
Personally, I unplug mine as I put all the leads away as they are otherwise in the way, but doesn't matter either way
Tks a lot for your advise. I think i will unplug, just to be safe.
