Problem: Beats solo with Hercules RMX do not work, but other headphones work

Hey guys!

Just after fixing a problem with my audio settings, now I have to face another one...So basically when I plug the Beats Solo to the Mixer to prelisten for instance, I can barely listen to what is played. Sometimes it only plays on the right side of the headphones, sometimes on the left side...I have no idea what is going on. HOWEVER, when I press the MICRO button on the wire of the Beats, sound is perfect.
The Beats work perfectly with everything else...except the mixer.

Anyone has an idea of what is the problem?

The Beats Solo have a 4-conductor jack whereas most headphones and mixers are designed for 3-conductor jacks.

Something like this should help.
