s4 effects broken

Hi, my effects knobs on the left have came loose. They still work
Fine but they seem as though they have actually came of the controller inside.
They wobble about and are nowhere near as sturdy as the ones on the right. Does anybody
Know how to fix this or where i can send it to be fixed?

Yeah give them a call. When did you buy it? All S4's come with a 24 manufacturers warranty which covers knobs and faders.

Give them a call and ask them to see what they can do right for you as an early adopter?.....
