How do I activate the key detection on all my tracks?

You need to analyze the tracks again.

I do. Load a track into deck A then another in deck b. Some show the key and some don't.

The new traktor now has two "key" tag fields: "Key" and "Key text" - "Key text" is the old key field - where programs such as Rapid Evo, MIK, Key Finder etc. wrote to (i.e. your camelot numbers or F#m). Traktor writes to it's new "Key" field, so make sure that is the one that is displayed:
    a) In your column Browser
    b) In your deck view set up (where you set up where the BPM, Name etc appears along the top of the track).

You also need to go to preferences, analysis settings, and set up where traktor writes the key to, and how it is displayed. "Open Key" is the new system. You can, if you wish, have traktor write the tag as open key, but display it as a musical key.

All else failing, you can right click -> Analyse -> tick "special", then "key", and it will only analyse the key for you.

Thanks, you know why the key says "9M" I've never seen that in key finder. And how come it's not colored? Pink, orange, blue, green?

They use "M" and "D" because the Camelot system is now the intellectual property of Mixed In Key.
M stands for Minor, and D stands for Major (it's something to do with the Latin word for it I think).
If you like, you can go back into the settings and change it to display as a musical key, by selecting "display as...musical key (all sharps)".
To get it colour coded, you have to organise by key in the column browser.
