considering that its being sold in the UK and if it had a defect it would be easy enough to have it repaired at A&H headquarters (assuming thats where they get repaired) then I would say its safer then someone trying to sell one outside of the UK.

Yes, The Xone 92's go for roughly from £700 to anything over £1000. So a used DB4 for a grand is good. Depends on the condition of course. Can you go and pick it up and pay on collection?

Also, is this being sold on gumtree? Because there are a lot of scams on there.

The DB4 has been out how long? And its going for Roughly the same price as a Xone 92 analog mixer at a thousand dollars more expensive than a Xone 92? Sounds like a great deal, as well as something very fishy.

Yup - this looks to good to be true. On the add they say in West Midlands and purchased from Juno - in an email response i am told they are in Cornwall and was purchased from DV247 huum.

How do they scam and get your money without incurring a beating?

@Balakoth / yeah fair point, but you just never know, sometimes you can get a good bargain.

Hm, well there is always a lot of "to good to be true" deals on gumtree, if it seems to good to be true to you, then don't do it.
I've run u to them a lot, unless you can directly speak to them, see what they're like and maybe arrange a pick-up deal or he brings it to you, then leave it.

Horrible when this happens isn't it :-(

Ah it's probably someone in Nigeria running a huge scam network lol
