Default BPM Sync Traktor Pro and SSL

How could one accomplish this task? I am starting a collaboration and the other person doesnt want to switch to TPro. We have tried mixing by ear, but the tracks drift.

    Any ideas?

Well mixing by ear can do it, but I'm also sure you can use at least traktor to send a midi clock to other software.

Haven't done this myself yet, but I'm sure its possible.

You could also do it manually, by using the pitch slider to make your bpms the same.

Yeah this is how weve been doing it for the moment, but it is not exact enough for my tastes. Even if we tap out BPM and sync them, they are still always off, and even a quarter of a second can mean the difference between a good drop or not.

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any program in existence that can sync BPM externally.

Traktor can do this.. read my first reply. There is a midi clock function that can sync up multiple computers that are networked together.

The clock options are by the FX1 button, try checking em out see what you can find.
