Default Traktor VCI 400 Output Routing Issue

    Hello.

I have an output routing issue with Traktor 2 and my VCI 400.

My setup: MacBook with the latest OSX. Traktor 2 Pro and a VCI 400.

The problem: Cannot hear both monitor (via headphones) and speaker outputs. This means I cannot cue a track whilst playing a separate track via the speakers.

Background: If I select 'internal' mixing mode I get only headphone and if I select 'external' I only get speaker output. No configuration allows me to hear both. HELP!

    Please let me know.

    Txs,

    Mike

Your output routing should look like this.

    What photojojo said. Also:
    - Ensure your monitor cue button is mapped and is turned on (to hear the monitors)
    - Turn up the master/cue and level knobs
    - Ensure your master volume knob is mapped properly
    - Turn up the master volume knob
    - Check that your speakers are on, the cables and connections are OK and the speaker volume knob is up

Might be obvious, but worth mentioning.
