You'll have to explain what you mean by Normalising. What is your interpretation of the word, and what do you want to achieve?

I've found that words that fit their application are MUCH MORE useful than words that have an ASSUMED meaning, anyway.
And you know what they say about people that make assumptions.

I use Audacity myself.
Audition man here. I do use it for tons of other stuff, otherwise it doesn't justify the cost
Logic here. There's actually a box to check if when you bounce a track to normalize the audio file after bouncing. There's also a normalize function in the audio editor if you're not bouncing anything. Also you can use search peak before you normalize to make sure you aren't just normalizing to some errant peak like a pop in vinyl or an effect gone out of hand.
