Well, you need some device to send music to your mixer. If you have that then you can mix. Your mixer is just that - a mixer. It mixes the audio it receives through its channels.
If you only have the DJX 750 and nothing else, then no, you cannot mix.
You at least need an audio interface, and ideally some sort of controller to control DJ software with.

Also it has no MIDI interface so it can't be used to control software either.

Dear odd1,
You will still need a playback source to get your audio into the mixer. You'll need more than one to mix. These could be turntables, iPod/iPad/iPhone, DJ software/laptop, etc.
