First transition I didnt like. 2nd transition was amazing! 3rd was kinda ehhh ... 4th was decent. 5th was not great. Michael jackson mashup was great. 6h also ehh .. 7th was great!!! 8th was good. vocals kinda overlapped. I think u used laser too cover up the transitions too much. The 9th transition was phenomenal. I like the use of the lets go vocal in the transition. 10th transition was off and too sudden. Last transition was good. Overall a decent mix in my eyes. Creative with the katy perry thing. Not sure if that was a mashup or if u used cues. Personally I like for a mix to flow and have subtle transitions. This was not subtle and often transitioned at the wrong time. I cannot tell if u were using vinyl or controller or cdjs. If vinyl props to you. Either way like I say the end result is what matters. If this mix won a contest hey props to you. But in my opinion. this mix was not amazing. And not none of that noob stuff. You said that I expected something flattering. The mix didnt live up to the statement you made. Anyways, good luck and I hope you only see this as constructive criticism. Only trying to help and its just my opinion as I already stated.
