Question VCI-100 Platter is Lower Than the Other

i have a gently used VCI-100 that now has a platter lower than the other. this one platter will get stuck and require me to lift it up. obviously this is driving me nuts and i'd like to fix this without having to buy a whole new VCI.

    thanks!

Open it up and tighten the screws that hold the jog wheel assembly to the main body.
