T-pro & Remote 25 SL + [blank]

Hey all,
I am writing to see if anyone has a good idea for a T-Pro setup. I hope to use my 25SL as my effects and transport controller in addition to one other device that is used exclusively for Hi/Mid/Lo EQ'ing and obviously X-fading. I am using a rather strange setup on my 25SL for loops, so a dedicated 1-2-4-8 loop section would also be a plus. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated. Syphix post on the M-Audio Mixlab is what inspired me to look for a dedicated EQ'ing device as it is hard to use the 25SL with great precision. As such, having knobs with a click center (like the VCI-100 has) would also be great. Thanks a million!

I guess to answer my own question, the Foxfader would be perfect for that. A little over my budget however /shrug
