    Cool Ash's Setup

    This is my setup:
    Vestax VCI 100 mkII
    Macbook Running Traktor Pro 2
    Sony MDR-V500 headphones
Tiger DJ stand (to stop my back from aching)
    Some flowers
    Limited edition Haribo Tangfantastics
    Cup of tea

So I upgraded my setup to a Traktor S2mkII then added a DJM 250 and a Traktor A6

I traded in the S2mk II and some other pieces and bought some Reloop RP7000's with a pair of Concord Pro S's

I've recently bought a pair of swan flight cases for the 7000's

Update, I've just moved into a new flat and set everything up...

I've moved again and my setup has evolved a little more. I'm looking into adding Numark Orbit I have into this for controlling cue points and loops (touch screens are a little fiddly). Next major addition will hopefully be a DJM-250 mk2 so I can get rid of my soundcard and all those messy cables.

    Haribo is essential for mixing.

How do you route the flower to the vestax?

    side note: nice setup!

Unfortunately their is no input on the Vestax VCI 100 mkII, maybe I'll get a separate soundcard and run the flowers through Ableton.

But there is no sugar in my tea so I think I've balanced it out.

Nice setup. i remember when the dual start stops on a turntable were just coming out on the stantons, i was pumped, no more bouncing the needle off the record and i'd be able to stop either table one handed! small hands lol

Seriously though, very solid setup. trying to stay away from the controller aspect now?

I think this is going to be my setup for a while. The only thing I might buy is a good small laptop modded into a hackingtosh for running iTunes and Traktor and build/hack together/buy a 2 channel rotary mixer.
