    Default Festival setup help

Hey everyone I'm going to a festival in a couple weeks and I would like to be able to dj when there's downtime at our camp... Problem is I'm not you sure how to power everything.... I currently have an hp laptop numark mixtrack and an s4... Anyone have some recommendations for powering since gas generators aren't allowed...also any recommendations for some portable speakers

That speaker will run off 8 AA's and puts out an amazing sound and the batteries last for 10 hours. I ran mine for 3 days in the woods without power except for keeping my laptop charged because my setup is usb powered through an inverter in car. I need to upgrade my comp batt next but I bought this setup with tomorrowworld in mind.

    There's downtime at festivals?!

I agree with patch, your stuff (if you get it in the camp in the first place) will definitely get nicked. Someone will clock it, wait till you're gone and slash your tent open.

Keeping your gear safe would be an issue, and most solutions to this are quite expensive; you're best bet imo is to leave the gear at home.
