whatup. thought id drop by to let you know about the fx root 8 template ive done with live. basicly its an audio step sequencer. granted you have a trillion ways to do that in live but this thing is kind of different, namely: its all native (Except for midi yoke, which you all should have installed nonetheless), you can expand/contract each fx group as if it was a drumrack making it way easy to navigate and its utlra cpu friendly if you only use native live devices.

since each fx slot is an audio track you can use followactions etc on each effect slot, aswell as pre-programmed scenes with it.
theres no gate switches though, but a quick bomes script that sends the note that "mute" is mapped to when your controller/midi feedback cable is sending note off will quickly fix that.

i figured it might be of interest perhaps. its very playable in a live setting and its quick and easy to setup. theres also the first one which only have one bank, incase you dont 8x8 (actually 10x8 since all banks have dry and mute slots aswell) effects.

its also very easily customized incase you want to add/delete slots and banks.
eventually im gonna make a proper setup pdf etc, but for now the setup instructions is posted on the post, and how to add more slots is explained in the original post (the single bank fx root). it also has pre effects so you can have pre effects that you might just want to play in a drop, but those takes some time to setup, which ive also (briefly) explained.

just thought id let you know about it.
