Default my effect controller 'plan' - custom dual 'kaoss pad'

ok, so got no pics as yet, but have an idea of what i wanna do.

2 of these puppies for controlling the 4 effect parameter knobs kaoss pad style
4 buttons (possibly arcade) for the effect buttons
2 buttons for A on or B on
and either 2 joysticks for effect selecting (one either side) or buttons.

The plan will be to have both decks effected at once or just one at a time, depending on which 'on' buttons are on. So i'll map the pads to all 8 on screen knobs and the buttons to all 8 on screen buttons.

Would i be right in assuming that i can get away with connecting the usbs from the pads and the usb from the HID board to a usb hub, to laptop and still run converter software on all 3 together? As it's the only way i can see to do it

This will be used with Traktor 3

Think i'm gonna call it the 'Kaotic Effect Controller' (unless someone has a better suggestion?)

Yes, 2 Korg Nanopads. A lot cheaper, simpler to set up, has 4 scenes so you could use them for

    1) FX
    2) Transport
    3) Beatjump
    4) Queues
DJTT Nu Disco Mix Train Vol 1

actual that didn't occurr to me

but now i think about it, would make sense, especially as it would add 12 extra buttons across both units. or i could get away with having just one along side the VCI (that i forgot to mention)

could set top row for deck a effect on/off, effect select and effect buttons and bottom row for the same on deck b. and use the scenes to switch between which pair of effect knobs are controlled by pad
