Does the S4 chroma caps deal for $599 include Traktor software?

When i go ahead with the order it gives this list of what i am recieving:
20 x DJTT Super Knob (Green)
4 x DJTT Fatty Knob (Green)
7 x DJTT Fader (Green)
1 x DJ Powertools Dubstep Pack
1 x Stereo RCA Audio Cable
1 x S4 Tutorial DVD
1 x Kontrol S4
1 x S4 Knob Pack (Green)
There is no mention of Traktor Pro software being included, i just want to make sure it definitely is before i buy?
