CDJ 400 USB probem - don't regconize USB, pls help

Dear DJs, and technican

Please help me with my CDj400, its USB port doesn't regconize USB. The light appears, but lighting like ...enternity and don't stop.

What I did is:

- I formatted USB to FAT 32. >>>still don't read
- Try with other 4 USB, 1 smart phone HTC throuh USB capble >>don't read
- Bring to the fix shop >>>they refused to fix.

The CDJ 400 only has a USB 1.0 slot therefore if you shove a USB stick with alot of songs on it will take a good 10 minutes to actually read them all.

Edit: Just as a test remove all contests of the usb stick and have only 1 song on there, now try to load the usb stick and see how long that takes.

anyone, pls help ..I tried to do with CD to upload version 1.33 again also take no effect, CD just reject the CD out.
how can make it read usb ( ??
