Traktor s2 headphone issue

Hey guys at TT

I have recently noticed an issue with my s2

Im getting lots of distortion from my cueing section on my s2
I can only hear audio from the left headphone cup when im cueing up a track on either deck.
When I plug and unplug the headphone jack the sound bounces from left headcup to right headcup
I have tried using other headphones to see if this makes any difference. Same problem.
I have also checked the latency settings and buffer settings - no change.
I've also looked at the windows sound settings and everything is balanced.

DOES THIS MEAN THE HEADPHONE JACK IS GOOSED?

Did you ever find a solution? Mine is doing the same thing. I heard someone mention trying to clean the inside of the jack. Also Mac users can switch output to the laptop output but I'm not sure how to do that and I know you have PC.
