Replacing APC 40 Volume Fader

I recently got an APC 40 that needs a replacement volume fader (second from the left). Does anyone know the steps from taking apart the controller to soldering? Thanks~

They are attached the whole motherboard. You will need to take the whole thing apart.

Whats wrong with the fader?
