Default How do we keep white Pioneer HDJ-2000's from staining?

Ok so I used my white pair of HDJ-2000's a few gig and the rubber part is already starting to stain. What are some recommended things I can do to keep it from staining? Would sneaker protector work for the rubber part? Is there a way to remove stains from the rubber part? And the grey cushions and cans, is there anything I can do to keep them from staining?

Yeah - don't sweat on 'em!

Headphones are consumables. You'll go through A LOT of 'em if you're playing out regularly.

    Especially if you buy white.

There is a reason everyone else makes black headphones.

The Pioneer staff in my region recommended using an eraser to help keep it white. Haven't tried it yet though

And there is a reason why I have two HDJ-2000's in different colors.
