Default Video Game Samples and Movie Samples

When I get my gear I really, really want to make some glorious mixes; straight legendary (as we all do I'm sure).

I made a topic similar to this quite awhile back but, but, but you know.

How would I go about implementing video game samples and movie samples into my mixes? Would I have to make edits of the songs in a DAW?

    Thanks dillas.

But you know........what? No need to make threads about threads you already have.

Check around, there's info on sampling here from movies. Record the sample, chop it up and sample it. But it's harder to do than searching the forums.

Easiest way I reckon is to use DJ software with a sampler built in so you can load a whack of samples in and fire em off at will.
