VST trouble

Hey guys,
having a little bit of trouble with my VSTs in ableton recently. When I want to recall the windows for them by clicking on the little ratchet icon, it changes colour to signify that it should open but nothing happens.
This used to happen a lot with Massive and I stopped using it for this reason but now it's starting to happen with a few other effect and instrument VSTs.

Any sage thoughts or ponderings on the issue would be greatly appreciated.

All I can suggest is google it, and make sure that all of your .dll files are in one specific folder. I don't know what else.

In the preferences on the look and feel page there are options to change the way that the plugin windows interact. You might want to play with those and see if anything fixes it.
