Elusive elite inner-circle "Download Club"

I have a friend who's a very accomplished DJ in the Detroit area and abroad. He mentioned he gets loads brand spanking new tracks constantly from some kind of "elite inner circle connection" When I asked him to explain, he just said "If I get another invite to the download club maybe I'll think of you" . He wouldn't tell me anymore. Can anyone tell me what this "Download club" is?

Soundcloud is a good source imo. For bootlegs and freebies at least.

But the real way to use soundcloud, is to listen to the dj mixes with tracklists, that's where you can find the real gems.

He's a signed and promoted DJ. I'm pretty sure he gets tracks from a distro and his promo company. I get most my tracks from soundcloud and YouTube (unfortunately) . He's connected to the whole Seth troxler crew as well. I know it's a download pool. Just wondering if anyone knew how to access it
