    Default Traktor audio crackling

I need some help with my audio for traktor pro 2. I am using a external sound card (audiobox 44vsl) for my cues and also the internal sound card from my desktop. the crackling starts when im near an end of a song, any song. my computer is not spiking with the cpu or memory. I updated my bios to the latest version. when i check my latency from traktor its sits around 43 to 54 ms. there is nothing on that is making the computer latency spike either. i can only make it stop by reseting the sample rate to 44100hz during a session. does anyone else know how to get around this?

    Thank you

Stick to 44100hz mate. No reason to go over that for djing.

54ms is pretty damn low. If you are not using tiemcode, I'd consider increasing that value if I were you.

54ms is very high. Timecode users are usually at <10ms, and controllers are almost always under 20ms.

I keep the sample rate at 44100, I just reselect it to stop it from crackling. im using a controller but I have no idea how to drop it any lower than 54ms, and it doesnt give me any option. I'm using the desktop sound card for my mains. i dont have any monitors yet.

You should be using a single sound card for your headphones and speakers.

Up your sample size to try to get your latency around 10 ms and completely disable your wireless network adapters

These, your latency is only as good as your slowest card + ?ms + Software driver overhead

Your External card seems to have 4 outputs, why aren't you just using that ?

Does it still Crackle if you only select one card ? If so you have a different problem altogether.
