Mapping 'browser close' when loading a track

Hi,

i would like to know how to map my X1 MK2 controllers so that when i press the load button, the browser automatically shrinks.

any help and advice would really be appreciated.

This is something I've been meaning to add to my ZOMO Mapping.

I was also going to look at adding Browser open/maximise to the BROWSE encoder. Not sure how (or if???) that would work, though.... Would be cool if the browser would automagically maximise when you start turning the BROWSE encoder.

But the browser close is a fine idea, and I'm sure it can be done...

it should be super easy i reckon, i personally wouldnt like the browser to open when you turn the browser knob, just incase i move it, i like to push it in to open it.

but yeah, if anyone can shed some light on how to map the close browser thing that would be great!

Layout -> Only Browser On

Use Direct Interaction mode to make something specifically open or specifically close the browser.

ive just added that mapping, but now when i press the load button, the browser DOES close, but it doesn't load the track lol!!

what have i done wrong?

If you are using an Override mapping for an HID controller like the X1 Mk2 you might need to add in the Track Load mapping manually too.
