Default Issue with CDJ/Rekordbox. No first beat on a song.

So I took a playlist, ran it through rekordbox, and exported it to a USB.

I made sure to put all the cues where I wanted them in rekordbox.

One song though when I load it onto a deck (CDJ900), starts not on the first beat but right in the middle of the first beat and the second. And I can't just jog backwards to correct it, it's as if that is where the song starts, rewinding one brings me to the last song in the playlist.

This hasn't happened to any other tracks, it's like Rekordbox or the CDJ just deleted that first beat from the song entirely, or it's just not sensing that there is data there or something. Cause that first beat shows up in rekordbox and I can set the cue there, but it's not there when I actually load it onto the CDJ

Any thought on how to correct this? really odd issue

    Turn off Auto Cue too.

I assume you know this, but
when you make cue points in RB, be sure to save them by clicking 'memory' on the right of the screen, otherwise they don't get saved
when you load the track up on the CDJ you can switch between the cue points by using a pair of buttons to the right of the platter.

i don't really know why or how it cuts off the first bit, but try placing and saving a cue point at the start of the track and see if that fixes it.

    sounds odd

also, no point turning off the auto cue

Cue points in Rekordbox have no effect on which point a loaded track starts at, whereas Auto Cue does
