VCI-100 Faders replacment

Hi
can you please help me to find good replacement faders for my VCI-100
I bought a pair in ebay:

I installed them but they feel very chip and not solid
the original one has a mechanical slider inside with some bearing and it gives a great smooth feeling
these one that I bought really feels to cheap
