    "Controls any software" isn't the selling point. The modularity is.

    All existing MIDI controllers can control "any software". There are a lot of them.

    These idea are all well and good and some (cus there are more) are clever but to assume that you are just a sheep following a flock if you use an off-the-shelf controller is a bit of silly statement. They should cut that bit out and stick with what's good about their own product. Seems a bit negative to me on first impressions.

    Nice bespoke idea though.

    they should have used plastic for the casing and got rid of the LED's, I'm sure that would bring the price down to a level where you could replace an existing controllers functionality, but as it stands it would cost about $1800 to replace a controller with four decks and effects. At the moment it seems it would only appeal to designers that want a unique toy to show off on their desk.
