Question about Beatport and Maschine Mikro.

I am planning on buying a maschine mikro and i was wondering if you purchase beat packs from beatport, will they work on the maschine and the software? Or do the beat packs have to specifically be for Traktor?

It depends on the Packs you purchase. Some of them are preset packs for synths etc and some are certain sounds that you might be looking for. Most of them will work within any DAW, but they may require some cutting up within maschine if you want to use them in a specific way.

In a word, Yes, they will work. I get one now and again to mess around with in maschine and use on my remix decks with an F1.
