In ableton.
Load up Operator, Line algorithm.
First Oscilator Sine Wave, full sustain.
Second oscilator Sine wave, Coarse 2, -11dB ADSR 0, 410ms, -63db, 50ms
thats the basic synthesizer, then you can add some gentle compression.
The wobble part, just automate the LFO in some filter.
Crisis Its a bassline underneath the high part of the synth. Normally an organ sound with a sine would do well. Experiment with different filters if you have massive.
That jackin sound is interesting forsure tho been working on it myself.
It almost sounds like 2 bass patches. Both sound FM. The first (wobbly one) has some LFO on the filter and some other modulation going on. The second is more or less a straight FM bass sound. Not sure what DAW you're using but I've had luck with the EFM1 in logic or the FM oscillators in massive.
For quick wobbles NI's "RAZOR" is super easy and fast to use and cheaper than MASSIVE
MASSIVE is a far bigger beast.
Crisis, Huge breakthrough for the jackin sound. Me and my buddy figured out that the key to that sound is having half velocity!
Have the velocity at about 60, instead of 127. Then bump up your volume on that synth.
Its still a layered bassline overtop of a sub that flows it well.
