2i2 + Mixer - How to make it work?

So after a quick google.

So you 2i2 has TRS outputs, run this in to the combo input on the Adam's

Run your mixer from RCA into the RCA inputs on the Adam's

No extra equipment needed, just cables.

Oh I get it now, there is an "UNBAL" input which is a single RCA.
I am used to that red-white pair, didn't noticed that when you have two speakers R and L you will need to split the RCA cable and use one part on each speaker.

Also is it a bad idea to use studio monitors with the CDJs+Mixer?

I mean, can the more noisy and mixed sound that comes from the mixer damage the speakers?

No they should be fine, just like normal speakers don't overload them.

I currently run my DJ setup through my KRK's, when I eventlually updgrade to a pair of Adam A5x's, i@ll still run the DJ setup through them.

Cool, Adam seems to be the best option right now, I'm hearing only good things about this speakers.
