Default cant get cdjs to calibrate in traktor scratch pro

hi, im using traktor scratch pro 2.6.6 but cant get it to calibrate to my cdj 1000s, it keeps saying unknown medium calibration failed, im using mark 2 timecoded cds and have it set to line ect, I even set up my turntables to see if it was the cdjs that was the problem but have the exact same problem. It does play but about 20-30 bpm faster, can any one help......thanx

Sounds like you might need to try 44.1 instead of 48k...
