    Default Surface Advice Needed!

    Hey guys,

I've had my studio setup in the garage for a long time, and now i'm finally getting to move it into a proper room and i'm extremely excited. However, the issue i'm having is since I have quite a bit of gear I have it all spread across 3 tables in the garage since I have a ton of room in there, but the room in my new room is limited. That being said, i'm trying to fit the following on to one table and I need suggestions as to what type of table to buy for my production needs. I'm not looking to spend more than $400ish.

Gear I need to fit on the desk:
    Novation SL49 MK II
    Maschine Studio
    NI KA 6 Sound Card
My KRK RP6 G2's (I already have monitor stands that I could use, but after setting up the room i'm buying a second pair of monitors so i'll be using the stands for those)
    27' Samsung TV / Monitor
    Apple Magic Mouse / Keyboard

Any & all suggestions are appreciated!

    Thanks!

You'll be wanting something like this:

The slide out keyborad/mouse surface is the most important thing for me. It means you can just slide it back under when it's time to bash some keys/pads.

No idea where you'll be looking in the U.S, though...

This was on the same website as Patch posted:

Failing that, browse eBay. I got a huge table for £20. Add a few IKEA shelves to it, cheap as chips.

I love having a slide out keyboard/mouse tray underneath my mixer when gigging out. So much easier than having to reach over to the laptop to type/find somewhere for a mouse/keyboard to go!!

Have this article bookmarked for when I get a place to dedicate to my own workspace
Don't know how handy you are, but this takes IKEA furniture which is pretty easy to assemble and let's you modify it for your needs. Should be easy enough for anyone to do. Best part is you can completely customize it to your needs.
