    Default Most overpriced midi controllers

These definitely take the cake. I heardof monome a while back, but never lookedthem up. After seeing their outrageous price tag it is apparent why noone has one.

those encoders are sexy.. definitely a shame about the price but that's what happens when small companies produce things.

These were big news a while back at Ableton.com. They are not just a bunch of nice looking buttons and knobs - they come with extremely configurable software that makes crazy stuff possible.

    But they ARE expensive!!!

I'll let Stretta's channel handle this.

These things are insane and worth every dime if you have that many dimes.

Still cheaper than a CDJ2000NXS in HID mode....and you need 2 of them and a mixer.

*Says the guy who uses CDJ2000NXS with traktor* doh!

Monome is Monome. More of a statement and a piece of art than a run off the mill controller.
They are well crafted, well desigend and beautiful both inside and outside.

The Vavdo A2 takes the cake for me.
    SIX knobs
    FIVE buttons (Which are small)
    and SIX RGB LEDs.

It's out of stock now, but it cost something around 599 last time I checked.
    Fixing stuff that isn't broken.
