Question Channel Uv's on LED, lpd8

I've got two lpd8s and I wanted to make one a Ch. EQ meter like in this video. This video is about two year old and on a different version then mine. When i tried it didn't work
I was wondering if someone could help me out with this Im new to traktor and this site.

Im using Traktor Scratch Pro, if it makes much of a difference.

    Appreciated

    Add out > Mixer > Meters > Deck Pre-Fader Level (L+R)
    -Button 1 - controller range > min-0.000 / max-0.600 / blend On
    -Button 2 - controller range > min-0.600 / max-0.800 / blend On
    -Button 3 - controller range > min-0.800 / max-0.920 / blend On
    -Button 4 - controller range > min-0.920 / max-1.000 / blend On

-MIDI range is the same value for all four buttons > min-0 / max-127
