Help with Numark N4

I am going to get my first controller as the Numark N4. As it is cheap and gets the job done. However, can someone tell me how many effect knobs do i get on each deck, does it come with Serato full version and also, if there is something better I can get instead of it, what is it and why?

Why the N4? Did you consider any alternatives? Did you see the Reloop Beatmix 4? It's cheaper, newer and more versatile and does come with the full version of Serato compared to the N4.

That's fine. I looked into it and it's really great but I need to know one thing. How many effects can you put on one deck at the same time?
