This wasn't really meant as a tribute or anything. Basically I just created a "pool" of records and kind of went from there, but there is a Frankie record in there. By the end, I just thought that it's likely a lot of this music wouldn't exist were it not for the likes of Frankie and the other forefathers. And there's a pretty obvious reference to the last song in the mix in the mix's title. Titles are mostly vinyl, old-school house and deep stuff, a number of classics with a few newer, digital releases sprinkled in.
