    Default Beatport Pro w/ Serato

    Hello,

Am looking for some advice in regards to using Beatport Pro alongside Serato DJ. Until today I have always used iTunes as my music library, I started using Beatport Pro today and found it a country mile better for music organisation.

My obvious only issue is the compatibility between it and Serato. So I have now updated my library + playlists the way I like it in Beatport Pro and would like these playlists to transfer across to Serato the simplest way possible. My iTunes is still set up as it was when I downloaded Beatport Pro, so it is actually slightly behind my new library, as I have downloaded some new music today.

    What are my options?

I'm pretty sure you can export your beatport playlist into an iTunes library file but I don't have a Mac so I can be 100% sure.

I did try this but found nothing coming through. I think I may have to remove all of my itunes playlists and then import it?

I think you would simply move your original playlist into another folder and place new playlist file where original was at.
