Is there a way to edit CC values on the Midi fighter 3D

The title explains it all, i can't seem to find a way to edit what CC value the buttons send, i really expected to see an editor for this like all my other midi devices.

If you're missing the editor itself, that can be found here:

Within that, it sounds like you're configured to "CC Toggle" or "CC Hold" in the Switch Action Type. The option of which CC number the numbers will be sent on for a button press is hiding under "Encoder Switch Midi Settings", but it does not appear that you can set what the on and off values will be.

What is it that you're trying to accomplish in changing the on/off values? There might be another way to go about it. (perhaps hiding in the switch action type options)
